The Air Quality Index for Health  is calculated every hour and tells you if air quality is good, fair, poor or very poor in your region. The Dundalk site is located at the Fire Station near the town centre. Continuous monitoring is done for sulphur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and particulate matter PM10.
