Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht

Where it appears to the competent authority that the plan or programme, or amendment to a plan or programme, might have significant significant effects in relation to the architectural or archaeological heritage or to nature conservation, the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht should be consulted at the following email address: manager.dau@chg.gov.ie which is managed and co-ordinated within the Department by: The Manager, Development Applications Unit, Department of Arts, Heritage, Regional, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Newtown Road, Wexford, Y35AP90.
