Evaluation of Environmental Liabilites at Kerdiffstown Landfill

Summary: The Environmental Protection Agency commissioned an independent expert consultant SKM Enviros to conduct an evaluation of the potential liabilities and related remedial costs associated with closure scenarios for the Kerdiffstown landfill site. The report was commissioned in conjunction with a number of legal actions taken by the EPA against the operators of the Kerdiffstown site.
