Dulux Paints Ireland Limited pleaded guilty to a breach of Condition 6.1 of its Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Licence (P0218-01) by:
Judge O’Leary convicted Dulux Paints Ireland Limited and imposed a fine of €3,000. Costs were also awarded.
