Project Abstract
The Earning Local Support Academy (ELSA) project will develop an app to provide training for developers and host communities to partner in the implementation of win-win renewable energy projects, and so build local support. The app will be developed with input from local sustainability and energy focused organisations and authorities to support decision-makers, developers and communities on the front lines of the energy transition, with a focus on broadening local support within onshore and offshore wind developments.
