Project Abstract
The GEONORM project will showcase the impact of geothermal energy in decarbonising a district heating network as part of a broader renewable energy mix. The project focusses on the existing District Heating System at University College Dublin Belfield Campus (UCD-DHS), which currently combines a CHP (combined-heat-and-power system) and gas boilers, supplemented by biomass
