Project Abstract
To investigate the utility of the insect parasitic nematode Steinernema feltiae for use as a bio-indicator for the detection of chromium pollution in the soil.Additionally the project intended to study the effects of chromium VI on the -tubulin genes of S. feltiae and to possibly develop these genes as bio-markers for the presence of chromium.
