Baseline Enforcement Report (2014)
Summary: This report sets out a baseline of environmental performance at local authority level. The information will act as a basis to build a system-wide culture of continuous improvement in environmental protection, avoid a return to the poor practices of the past, and help Ireland to better implement EU legislation.
