Under the Freedom of Information Act (FOI), 2014, Section 8, specific public bodies are committed to openness, transparency, and accountability in how they share information with the public.
The EPA is one such public body required to disclose information in line with the Act and the 'Model Publication Scheme'. The Model Publication Scheme commits public bodies (specifically FOI bodies) to make information available as part of their normal business activities across six core headings.
